Description: The original Enterprise Zone was established in the early 2000's. Since that time, certain census block groups no longer meet the criteria for participation in an enterprise zone. This feature class was produced by overlaying the newly excluded census block groups over the original Enterprise Zone. The block groups were then used to cut the original EZ, and relevant polygons were deleted.
This layer was developed with input from the Mid-Columbia Economic Development District (MCEDD).
