In conclusion, the information presented in this web map could be used by advocacy organizations to raise awareness to elected officials to create equal access to health and social resources when Black, White, and women or different ethnic groups are diagnosed with breast cancer. This could be through support groups, early detection and screening of women from different cultures for breast cancer; and education of different racial and ethnic groups. Once a diagnoses of breast cancer is found; there should be better and equal access from all women to treatment and the subsidy of the financial cost of these expensive treatments.
