Description:

This dataset contains buildings in Frederick County. Existing 2005 building outlines that have been changed by reconstruction or addition have been reflected in this deliverable. New buildings are classified by Type (Barn, Building, Building Under Construction, Gatehouse, Mobile Home, Outbuilding, Overhead rooftop/canopy, Parking Garage, Ruin, Ground Storage Tank, and Elevated Storage Tank). Building heights were determined at soffit level relative to the ground elevation at the entrance or front side of the building. Elevation was determined at soffit level, at the entrance or front side of the building, and At Mean Sea Level (AMSL).
