2m contour interval lines interpolated from elevation (LiDAR point cloud) data collected in 2006, for the Lake Taupō foreshore, and in 2009, for Taupō township and other urban areas in the district. The contour lines are in terms of the New Zealand Transverse Mercator (NZTM) map projection, and the Moturiki Vertical Datum 1953.
