Description: This layer identifies the zoning classification of real estate pursuant to the 2012 Zoning Ordinance. For zoning information prior to 2012, please see "Zoning Class_2004"
Original map drawn as part of the 2012 Zoning Ordinance and Map update process. The properties, located within the Town of Brownsburg, were assigned a corresponding zoning district based upon the consideration of several factors, including: (1) Existing Land Use, (2) Surrounding Land Uses, (3) Existing Development Standards On-site; and (4) the Comprehensive Plan recommendations. The original map was adopted by the Town Council on December 3, 2012 as Ordinance 2012-17 and the same became effective on February 1, 2013.
