Service Description: Areas in the Northwest Region that fall into the FEMA-calculated Special Flood Hazard Area (100-year flood zone). Data for the Town of Montgomery is taken directly from digital FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs). All other areas were digitized in-house by the Northwest Regional Planning Commission in 1998-1999 from paper FIRMs. Original paper FIRMs date from 1980-1988 and remain effective as of 2026.
