These data have been developed to ensure that the recreational fishing community is represented when evaluating permit applications for coastal development or aquaculture lease locations.The data are a combination of locations collected through the 2023 Recreational Fishing Survey, sponsored by the RI Coastal Resources Management Council (CRMC), and available commercial products such as the Captain Seagull Nautical Sportfishing Charts.
